职位描述
Position: Deputy HR/ADM Manager
Location: Shenzhen
Main Responsibilities
1. Support the implementation, monitoring and compliance with global policies, procedures and local regulations.
2. Implement recruitment plan, manage and ensure that recruitment procedures are complied with company’s strategic objectives.
3. Implement performance management system.
4. Cultivate a culture of learning by providing learning/development opportunities for staff to keep their skill/knowledge current to meet business operational needs.
5. Facilitate effective staff communication through various communication channels.
6. Handle all general affairs for plant administration.
7. Support the implementation and execution of HR related projects and manage the daily HR operations.
8. Organize and supervise employees’ activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employee engagement.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.
Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Working Experience)
1. Diploma degree or above.
2. At least 8 years HR working experience in multinational manufacturing companies and at least 3 years’ in acting as HR supervisor role.
3. Very familiar with the local labor laws and regulations.
4. Able to work independently in a dynamic & fast-changed environment.
5. Strong analytical skills, team work spirit and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good English communication skill.
7. Good problem solving, creative and coordination skills.
