Summarized Accountability: To manage UHT team and support Global/regional UHT T&I projects.
Reports To: SZ Product Development Manager
Key Responsibilities: ？ Manage UHT projects and process efficiently;
？ Manage the team and set up a team work environment;
？ Guide team on UHT project management, shelf life testing, microbiology test etc;
？ Provide and share aseptic product knowledge for both internal and external;
？ Work with different functional leader to define projects objectives, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and conduct experiments and analyses;
？ Establish the UHT development and workflow process;
？ Interface with various internal departments (WHQ UHT Consultation Team, Regional Marketing, Brazil and Korea PSCs, Procurement, QA and Ops), co-packers and customers in accomplishing project milestones and cross-functional team assignments
？ Build up the capability of UHT team for aseptic emulsion products development and research;
？ Support other PSCs for quality improvements, cost savings and process optimization projects
？ Organize, ddevelop and conduct training of the Ops associates and other team;
Direction of Others: ? Technologists, technicians, research assistant.
Experience & Education ？ M.S. Degree in Food Science or Food Engineering
？ Minimum 8 years relevant experience in UHT dairy or ice cream product development;
？ Good fundamental knowledge of Design of Experiments, Food Science, UHT Processing, Ingredient functionality, Sensory and Emulsion
Functional Requirements: ？ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
？ Good communication skill internally and externally;
？ Inspire the team to be reliable, hands on, strong work ethic;
？ Manage and lead multiple projects at any given time in a team environment.
？ Must be willing to do hands on work developing knowledge of products and processes through these experiences.
？ Must have good judgment, interpersonal skills and communication skills
？ Minimum 20% travels (domestic and international)
？ Good health condition and meet the heath requirement of food plant.
