Position – Key Account Manager
职位描述:
1. Take over the active customers from sales supervisor in responsible area and maintain the good relationship with them.
接管销售主管移交的所属负责区域内的客户并维护良好客户关系。
2. Find and develop new potential customers in the area.
在所属负责区域内寻找并发展潜在客户.
3. Visit and follow up potential customers in the area regularly.
定期拜访并跟踪潜在客户。
4. Make efforts to convert potential into actual and establish customer database.
有效地将潜在客户转化为实际客户,并建立客户档案。
5. Responsibility of pricing and quotation to customers.
负责对客户报价。
6. Key projects monitoring and pursuance.
重要项目的跟进。
7. Fulfill sales budget, follow up payment status.
完成销售预算,跟踪付款情况。
8. Follow up customer complaints, assist customer service and fulfill improvements programs.
跟进客户投诉情况,协助客户服务执行改进。
9. Collect and feed back competitor’s information regularly.
时常搜集并反馈竞争对手的信息。
10. Finish all the other works appointed by Sales Supervisor (Auto).
完成上级交付的所有其他工作
11. Responsible for collecting the EHS requirements from customers and feed back to the related department.
负责收集客户对环境安全方面的要求,并传递到公司相关部门

任职要求 :
1.Bachelor graduated above.
本科及以上学历。
2.Minimum 2 years sales experience, a technical background especially in the automotive sector is a plus.
不少于2年销售工作经验,有汽车行业技术背景更佳。
3.Strong skills of coordination and communication.
良好的合作及沟通能力。
4.Self motivated and strong self-learning capability..
有较强的自主性和自学能力。
5.Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good skills of computer application.
较强的英语口语及书写能力,熟练掌握计算机操作。
6.Willing to travel for business frequently.
能适应经常出差。
7.Teamwork spirit.
有良好的团队合作精神。
8.Customer: VW, GM, Magna, LUK, Borg Warner, Honeywell, BMW, Daimler
接触过VW, GM, Magna, LUK, Borg Warner, Honeywell, BMW, Daimler等客户为佳。
