职位描述
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for providing an efficient and effective IT service to the business, delivering all IT needs including IT infrastructure, software and telephony. And this position is responsible for the management of local IT teams (Beijing and Suzhou). Responsible for the management of local IT projects as well as the implementation of Group projects.
Due to the 24/7 nature of our business operation, this role requires the provision of services outside of standard operating hours in the case of outages (phone, internet, emails) and operations.
Position Responsibilities:
· Definite job responsibility and objective of each IT positions, establish performance appraisal approach for IT staffs and implement, make the plan of departmental training.
· Management of IT team, day-to-day organization, operations and projects coordination, activity planning and supervision
· IT Budget preparation and follow-up in collaboration with local (CEO, CFO) and regional (CFO, CIO) stakeholder
· According to the business needs and IT budget, audit IT expense, IT asset purchase, ensure the rational use of IT expense and assets.
· Responsible for improvement of local IT policy and draft all sort of local IT document (regulation, procedure, manual…)
· Ensure with Regional CIO, Regional COO and local CEO, BCP and DRP readiness and efficiency including rehearsal, training and evolution
· Participate in implementation of new global, regional and local IT project (on time, under budget, quality control, scope control…)
· Monitoring and ensuring security and group standards of all technologies (including, but limited to, web sites, LAN, WAN, Computers…) and perimeters
· Management of Networks (local and wide area), Servers, Storage, Backup, Telephony platform, Desktop systems (hardware, software and maintenance ) and Business applications (development, maintenance and support)
· Ensure and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) definition, compliancy and evolution according to business and user needs
· To advise and manage IT services in all operations of the company within business goals and policies, with the objective of increasing working efficiency and productivity through technology
· Day to Day and monthly reporting to head office and regional management. Ensures continuous and appropriate level of information to management and key stakeholders
· Coordinating and managing external provider and contracts (support, development…)
· 24x7 on call for any case of problems and critical support
Education & Experience
· IT education (Master’s degree level)
· Previous team management experience
· At least 8 years of experience of relevant experience in a similar working environment, preferably MNC or international environment
· High level of English (spoken/written)
· Proven track record of successful project management including Infrastructure and application development
· Experience of developing, supporting and managing Information and communication systems with appropriate, controls, and budget processes, experience of technical management, support and delivery
· Project methodology education/certification (PMP) would be a plus
· Practical operations knowledge and certification (ITIL ) would be a plus
· Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred
