Purpose of the position
Reliability and maintenance management of electric equipment of LGN all sites for improvement and keep electric system reliability
为了提高并保持电气系统的可靠性，对LGN 各厂区的电气设备进行可行性及维修管理
Principal responsibilities
？ Site electric device BOP edit for operation standard, ensure electrical equipments management fulfill Platform requirements /现场电气设备BOP的编制，确保电气专业管理满足Platform要求
？ Responsible for sites substation and distributor device(including UPS), environment condition, technical, documentation, tools management/负责现场变配电站的设备(含UPS)、环境条件、技术、资料、工器具管理
？ Responsible for site electric spare parts management, including storage ration, PR, good receipt, supplement etc, ensure no impact to operation by electric spare parts /负责现场电气备件管理，包括贮备定额制定，采购申请，收货，补充等，确保不因备件原因影响生产
？ Electric SAP-PM data collection, loading and review, fit requirement of Platform EAM team /电气SAP-PM 数据收集、上线及核查， 满足Platform EAM团队的要求
？ Responsible for site electric PM, CM and other WO implementation and record in time, ensure all electric maintenance and repair requirement can be responded/负责现场电气PM、CM 和其它工单的按时执行和记录，确保所有的电气维护和检修申请能得到执行
？ Electrical maintenance and repair’s scenario design, risk assessment, preparation, contractor management，technology instruction, safety inspection and management etc/电气维护及检修的方案设计，风险评估，准备，PTW 和相关工作票的办理，承包商的管理，技术指导，安全监护及管理等
？ Site electrical hidden trouble recording and removal/现场电气隐患记录并排除
？ Reliability audit Elec range action plan framer and implementation/可靠性审计电气部分行动计划的制订及执行
？ Responsible for site electrical modification and improving work planning and implementation/负责现场电气改造和改进工作的计划和执行
？ Responsible for relevant new project electrical support and engagement/负责新项目电气专业的支持和参与
？ Electrical EMOC application/ 电气EMOC 的申请
？ PTW temporary power supply approval and implementation/PTW临时电源的批准及执行
？ PTW electrical isolation permit approval and implementation/PTW电气隔离许可的批准及执行
？ Technology training and instruction to E&I technician/对仪电技工的技术培训及指导
？ Site electric trouble and incident removal and RCA if needed/现场电气故障的排除及所需的RCA分析
？ Site routine electrical inspection /现场例行电气专业检查
？ Support to Ops. Team for operation/对工艺运行的支持
？ Mobile wait for emergency call around clock/电话24小时待机以备紧急响应
？ Communication to customer relative electric person/与客户相关电气人员的沟通
Required key skills (functional/technical)
1. electric design, operation, maintenance skill /电气设计、运行、维护技能
2. electric engineering knowledge/电气工程知识
3. familiar with office software/熟悉办公软件
4. English listening, expressing, reading and writing skill/英文听、说、读、写技能
Required qualifications/experience
1. electric engineer with over 2 years experience/2年以上电气工程师工作经验
2. electric specialty graduate/电气类相关专业毕业
3. over2 years electric engineering experience /2年以上电气工程经验
4. over 2 years electric operation and maintenance experience/2年以上电气运行及维护经验
