1. Safety
Propose and define modifications to improve HSE on the workshop
Prepare documentation for Process Hazard Analysis
Participate to Process Hazard Analysis reviews (HAZOP for example)

2. Process
Under supervision of Polymer Process Manager, coordinate industrial trials:
* Trial organization, follow up and analysis
* Drafting trial summary reports
* New product industrialization done in coordination with experts

Optimize the polymerization process
* Propose and define simple process modifications to improve capacity, quality and variable costs
* Troubleshooting (including off spec analysis)

Perform specific process studies under Polymer Process Manager supervision
* Chemical engineering calculations
* Material and Utility balances

Requirement:
1.Knowledge:
* Master degree or above.
* Chemical engineering or equivalent knowledge of chemical processes.(浙大、华东理工、大连理工等）
* Specialization in polymer processes is an advantage.
2. Skills:
* Transverse communication skills
* Flexible, straightforward and independent
* Chinese as mother language, Very Good written and oral English

3.Experience:
* Compulsory oversee training (>1 year) in Europe or USA
* Significant internships (>5 months) in chemical industries, preferably involving polymers
