项目管理工程师：

1. 汽车行业3年以上的工作经验，有OEM工作经验更佳。
2. 英语优良，可以自由现场沟通，组织和参加与国外的电话会议。
3. 有项目管理，组织协调的工作经验。
4. 能够组织安排公司涵盖各部门的项目会议，及时记录、跟进、总结、汇报。
5. 能够系统化的与项目团队明确项目状态，协调安排项目有关的工作内容，负责升级汇报。
6. 能够维护及更新项目进度表及关键数据的公示。
7. 能够对项目状态做出总结，并汇报给团队、项目负责人、及管理层。
8. 团队合作，积极热情，勤劳踏实。

熟练使用Excel，PowerPoint软件；MS Project 更佳。
