Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Hired by Europe headquarters, work full time for Joint Venture, primarily to manage the BMW projects.
Later on the Project Manager will manage more projects, also for other clients and also outside the Joint Venture
The Project Manager acts as the central coordinator between Customers, Joint Venture and Europe headquarters
Manage the project planning and coordinate all related activities.
The main qualifications are:
Project Management: trained and experienced to the level of working independently; at least 5 years experience
Automotive: well familiar with the dedicated procedures and quality systems (ISO TS 14649); experience to act as first tier supplier
Location: Shenyang or Liaoyang
Language: good capability in business English and Chinese, both verbal and written
Seniority: in line with the above: able to manage at a senior level
Compentencies: planning & organization, communication & coordination, team oriented leadership, accuracy & discipline, attention to details, initiative & assertiveness
