Sr. Study Abroad Consultant/Supervisor 海外游学留学课程顾问

Function: Sales

Location: Xian, Wuhan

Product: Language Travel/International Language Centers

The Role:

As a course consultant, you will join a dynamic team and organization that offers great opportunities for career progression. You will be responsible for direct sales and customer services for our EF Study Abroad team. Your main task is to meet individual sales goal; you will also take part in various marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Give professional advice to parents and students about overseas study tours

- Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets

- Execute telemarketing and provide quality service to customers

- Deliver public speech in seminars, school assemblies and various marketing events

- Assist in planning and executing online/offline marketing campaigns

- Oversee tour pre-departure administration such as flights, visas, travel documents, etc

- Coordinate with overseas production teams for various tour arrangement

Requirements:

- Passion for aboard study products

- 3+ years of related working experience (preferably sales / CS / tourism field)

- Degree or above, international experiences will be a plus

- Open minded, well-organized and eager to learn new skills

- Good problem solving skill and people skills

- Willing to work occasionally on public holidays; Overseas travel may be required

- Good English communication skill
