职位说明：To manage the sub-contractors, providing security, technical service and cleaning, landscaping to GLP Park

- To follow up on rental collection/bill payments;

- To maintain professional relationship with tenant's operations manager and respond to site, issues timely.

- Good communication with tenants and handle the emergencies professionally

-Diploma degree with a major in related field such as technical engineering;
- Minimum 7 years property management of industrial real estate;
- Enthusiastic attitude and good integrity;
- Familiar with using email system & basic computer "Office" software;
- Have the ability of overall management and control;
- Good in communication and strong sense of customer services;
- Can work independently under pressure;
- Fluent speaking and written English.
