Responsibilities:

-To manage Wyeth Nutrition Guangzhou DC, FG around 6000 Pallet, samples around 2000 Pallet
-Working close with other Wyeth RDCs
-Manage DC transfer especially early shipment
-Implement EHS and 5S management to ensure the safety of 3PL warehouse team and warehouse capital
-Organize & report security issues to Nestle
-Implement warehouse equipment application daily checking and record
-Keep warehouse materials and facilities in order based on GMP principle
-To administer the warehouse operation based on MH (Materials Providing & Handling) principle
-Standardize and document the warehouse operational work (receiving, storage and replenishing, etc.) and implement the training for warehouse team
-Measure warehouse efficiency and performance
-Optimize warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of warehouse space and improve the efficiency of materials flow under the support by method Engineer
-Contribute to and initiate the design, development, and implementation of physical warehousing and warehouse management systems
-Lead stocktaking and cycle counting to improve inventory accuracy
-Make out action plans to improve Logistics KPIs and follow up the implementation
-Ensure warehouse staff to obey Wyeth Nutrition SOPs and WHO code


Requirements,

-Bachelor degree & above, minimum 5 years’ experience of Warehousing and Distribution in a supervisory or management role in a FMCG company
-Knowledge and experience of SAP
-Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and management
-Financial Awareness and ability to build and, manage budgets
-The ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the DC in appropriate and in a variety of ways
-Degree level education or equivalent experience in Logistics/Warehouse Management
-Project Management skills and experience using MS Project
-Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
-Managing and Developing People and Teams
