职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for the P&L of Centro Combustion and be in charge of the business development of heating furnace business in Chinese Market. Prepare the sales strategy plan and target, and responsible for the achievement of sales goals;
2. Manage the Centro Combustion team, which incl. the sales, project management and technical team, coordinate with internal technical, production and purchasing team to ensure products delivered to customers in time;
3. Closely coordinate with Finance team to ensure the cash flow management of key projects in virtuous cycle;
4. Monitoring and anticipate of competitor and market activities; derivation of necessary consequences for sales activities;
5. Customers satisfaction: Customer development plans, improvement of sales and related processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related major, very familiar with metallurgical industry, especially in heating furnace industry, must have at least ten years team management experience in related field;
2. Above 8 years team management experience;
3. Experienced technical communication and negotiation background;
4. Energy team leader, can work under high pressure;
5. Has big team and cross function team management skills;
6. Strong skills on communication, coordination and organization;
7. Customer relationship management;
8. Customers Focus and Orientation;
9. Willing to travel intensively.
