职责：管理80个人，直接的大概10多个。 主要负责生产、仓库、工艺、计划。
1、Directs, organizes, executes, and coordinates the manufacturing
2、Oversee the production process and manage the production schedule in respect of human and material resources.
3、Provide leadership to keep products on schedule and on budget. The resulting products are to be safe, reliable, within the budgeted cost and delivered on time.
4、Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
5、Recommend modifications to existing products, and production methods.
6、Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
7、Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
8、Responsible for work habits and work environment of the department to
9、minimize personal injury and other unnecessary losses.
10、Review the performance of subordinates.
11、Identify training needs.
12、Develop and update written directives in the Production department and for use by the employees to include:
13、Manufacturing guidelines
14、Other technical and administrative policies and procedures as appropriate.
15、Has responsibility for the budget, manpower requirements and control associated with the operation of his/her department. In addition, has the responsibility to direct the completion of other capital and operating expenses which have been assigned to his/her area.
16、Maintain and safeguard the intellectual property rights of the company.
17、Support and advice the Supply Management in technical negotiations and alternative manufacturing methods.
18、Initiate and lead improvement projects to reduce cost, improve quality and improve delivery accuracy.
19、Lead the start-up of production of new product lines
职位要求
要求：有机械装配、机加工、电焊、喷漆等生产管理经验，英文口语、书面交流熟练
1、Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University.
2、Knowledge of the theoretical and practical aspects of Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
3、Knowledge of Production engineering economic principles.
4、Knowledge of effective management/production techniques.
5、Type and amount of Experience:
6、Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Production Manager position in a company with welding and assembly activities.
7、Minimum of 10 years of experience of Mechanical/Electrical engineering (production environment).
8、Fluent in verbal and written English.
9、Start-up of production of new product lines
10、Measurable results achieved for cost reduction, quality improvement and delivery accuracy
11、Preferably experience from “Western Companies”
