岗位职责：
1、负责落实保洁部的日常管理、熟悉清洁绿化管理的流程及专业标准制订；
2、负责编制人员的计划安排，定期巡查区域保洁任务完成情况；
3、负责制定项目清扫管理的实施方案，跟踪及监察消毒服务；
4、确保所有区域保持良好清洁度，使客户满意。
任职要求：
1、中专以上学历，两年以上清洁、绿化、环境管理工作经验；
2、年龄50岁以下，身体健康；
3、吃苦耐劳，具有服务业从业经验者优先；
4、掌握各类清洁剂及清洁设备的使用；
5、熟练使用办公设备，会用WORD、EXCEL等办公软件

工作地点：苏州吴江区吴江经济开发区新字路668号卡特彼勒公司爱玛客项目部。
