1. System Audit Section manager (质量经理)
Report to: 质量部经理
Number of Subordinates: 7

Job Summary

? Quality Management system
? System- and process-audits
? Quality-methods
Roles and Responsibilities
Leading section
? Team for quality management system
? Team for quality methods
Maintain and improve QM-System;
- Communication with DS and Corporate for all QM-System related issues
- internal and external system audits, internal process audits, support external process audits;
- Customer requirements analysis and transfer (e.g. TUEV) and customers
Quality Methods
- Promote Q-methods (Problem solving, 8D, Shainin, FMEA, SPC, QAM…);
- Q-methods assessment ;
- Budget planning and control;
- Other duties as assigned.
Communication and cooperation for all above tasks within DS and with external organizations
Authority
Authority for auditing within RB;
Assessment of Q-methods
Other authority as section manager.
Qualifications Requirement
University degree in automotive, mechanical/electronic, industrial or quality engineering;
Fluent in English
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
- knowledge of products and production, QM-System;
- knowledge and experience of auditing, QM-system, QMS 5 Q-tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP), automotive OEM requirements and other international standards;
- knowledge and experience of process management, EFQM requirements and Q-methods;
- knowledge and experience of personnel management, leadership, coaching/mentoring.

- BVS-Q results regarding QM-System;
- Certification audit, external audit results;
- Q-methods assessment results.
- quality targets 0km/field ppm;
- Budget control target;
2. Product Process Section manager (质量经理)
Report to: Area Manager
Number of subordinate: <3
Job summary
Quality coordination of manufacturing departments
Responsibilities
? Leading the process of defining the mid-term quality strategy together with Area Manager and respective Department Managers
? Actively supporting 5 Departments in the deployment of the quality strategy for in total 7 products and 2 service centers
? Act as Service provider to the departments for specific quality competences (mainly FMEA, QAM, Problem Solving) – leading and coaching (expert position)
? Managing technical, methodological and social competencies of employees
? Coaching of all employees within MSE2 to develop quality expertise together with respective department quality coordinators
Authority
? Decision authority according to current version of the signature guideline
? Disciplinary responsibility for direct reports (Engineers)
Delegation of responsibility if absent
? Area manager
