The company

A world-class design and engineering consultancies Company with wide range of Project lines and fast growing business trend in China.

Main duties / responsibilities

• Developing the Chinese sustainable cities for assigned district
• using network planning approach integrating with urban form, efficiency of the flow and social perspectives
• Working on developing an applicable KPIs for Chinese green cities
• Report to head of Sustainability Team for relevant business progress and trend in your current district.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, HVAC or BMS or Civil Engineering
• Being familiar with building sustainability related services, including but not limited to LEED, China Star, Building Commissioning, Energy Audit and Retrofit, etc
• Good network for green building/sustainability market. Good relationship to key potential clients, including developers, investors, governments, etc
• Over 5 years experience in Green Building Industry
• Good teamwork player and strong command in English
