On behalf of one of our clients, a leading industrial group engaged in manufacturing agricultural machinery, we are looking for

Engineer/production technician (agricultural machinery)

for the production facility in Ningbo

The candidate will be responsible for new products, programming and set up of machinery, labor management (appointment and supervision). He will also guarantee product compliance with the international quality and safety standards.

Requirements
? Technical diploma and / or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
? Extensive experience in agriculture machinery field (plows, cultivators, disc harrows, mechanical hoeing machines, seeders, etc.)
? Fluency in written and spoken English
? Already based in China

We are looking for expats (Italians or foreigners) and Chinese candidates with an excellent level of English and / or Italian

Additional requirements:
excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, ability to work under pressure, problem-solving and a significant ability to Manage and coordinate the work of personnel.
The Company will arrange training onsite and in Italy.
It provides training on-site and in Italy; actual position and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
