Position Summary:
Leading the HR & Admin function in BU Shenzhen with high integrity and putting efforts in Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Staffing, Employee relationship areas to establish a healthy, safe and motivated organization to support company’s long-term strategic objectives. Acting as champion of company culture and management practices.
Job Responsibility:
1. Act as business partner between Business and HR function. Provide advice to management on HR related issues.
2. Facilitate communication between and with various constituencies-relevant labor bureau and other local authorities and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local laws and regulations.
3. Facilitate communication with employees in BU Shenzhen. Maintain good rapport and working relationships with employees and supervisors.
4. Ensure effective communication of strategy, policies, procedures and regulations to all employees in BU Shenzhen.
5. Ensure Parker Code of ethics are observed and followed by employees.
6. Administer HR policies, processes, and employee recognition programs in BU Shenzhen.
7. Be responsible for recruitment process including but not limited to website recruitment maintenance, interview arrangement, reference check, employment contract signing, renewing, and new employee onboard orientation.
8. Monitor closely with performance management procedure in BU Shenzhen.
9. Implement Parker’s compensation and benefits strategy.
10. Identify employees’ development needs, and implement annual development plan.
11. Be responsible for HR reporting and data analysis.
12. Be responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day office general administration in BU Shenzhen, including but not limited to stationery, travel arrangement, accommodation, visa management, receptionist, administration suppliers management.
13. Perform all other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
1. University degree, preferably major in HR or English;
2. Minimum 5 years of HR working experience in manufacturing in MNC environment, a minimum of 2 years' management experience is preferred;
3. Good command of English;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Good organization skills, attention to detail;
6. Possess high level of integrity and positive work attitude;
7. In-depth knowledge of Chinese regulations and labor law;
