GM Position
F&B Industry
Currently there is a rare opportunity for an experienced F&B Candidate to tak on the GM position with a company that is part of a well established Singaporean Group. With aggressive expansion plans this Group has now ventured into the food and beverage avenue with a focus on coffee. With 3 stores already in China they plan to expand to an additonal 10 stores by 2014. With a focus on different products other than purely coffee this company has a competitive edge in the market.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Store expansion
- All store operations including P&L
- Staff recruitment and training
- Create new products and design for the store
- Take ownership of all decisions with the store operation
- Expand and create relationships with suppliers
- Work closely with HQ in Singapore
Requirements include but is not limited to:
- Experience in the COFFEE industry is a MUST
- Experience with looking after multiple stores at one time
- Experience with store expansion
- Good understanding of numbers
- Over 8 years of leadership experience
- Fluent in both Mandarin & English is a MUST
- Candidates who have had the experience of working as an area or regional manager for a coffee enterprise is highly preferred
