职位描述
Position Objective:
Senior Manager, Talent Development is responsible for the deployment of global talent management systems, processes and resources to accelerate China talent development under China Talent strategy & roadmap.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Work with Global COE to design and deploy talent management practices that meet the needs of China business
2.Drive the execution excellence for talent management systems and processes, including PMP, EDP, talent review & succession planning, workforce planning etc.
3.Develop HRBP’s skills and capabilities in the areas of talent management processes, skills and tools
4.Being the key person to drive career map deployment in functions and divisions
5.Design & deploy leadership acceleration development programs that targets the development of hipo talents across various levels, such as CLAP
6.Design and deploy other hipo acceleration program, such as assessment center, mentoring, coaching, etc.

Education / Professional Certificate
University degree
Working Experience
Over 8 years of experience in learning, talent management/OD, HR business partner or consulting
Professional knowledge and skill
- High learning agility and taking initiatives
- Good planning and organizing skill

- Strong business and organization acumen
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
