职位描述
Areas of Responsibility: - Develop and implement HR strategies to support business in achieving its goals and growth targets.
- Plan, direct and manage the HR services for client groups.
- Partner closely with the client leadership teams to develop practical and relevant long term HR resourcing and structural plans for their specific business needs and anticipated growth.
- Work very closely and integrate with all functional partners (HR Centers of Excellence) to deliver comprehensive HR strategies.
- Work across diverse lines of business to support HR work across China.
- Culture Building – HR Champions and developing employee engagement and retention strategies with client group.
- Conduct annual Talent Planning process across the client groups. Deliver and execute the talent management strategy.
- Provide 1:1 coaching to management and staff.
- Lead process improvement projects to improve the HR service to the business and monitor effectiveness.
- Set HR performance objectives for your client group.
- Involved in the annual Strategic Plan process and Annual Operating Plan process.
- Stay current on industry and best practice trends.
- Other tasks as required.
Areas of Accountability:
- Diverse client group- multi-location, multi-business/function.
- Stakeholders: Client Groups, HR Centres of Excellence.
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years’ generalist HR experience, ideally in a multi-functional, multi-national, multi-line-of-business organization.
- Track record of successfully implementing and managing best practice HR processes.
- Sound experiences across all HR disciplines in a strong commercial environment.
Skills Required:
- Willingness and comfort in collaborating across a business.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong Stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- High level of personal credibility and ability to engage with the business.
- High level of planning ability.
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple teams/projects/relationships.

- Familiar with relevant HR-oriented technologies
