Job title: FP&A Manager (Pudong, Shanghai)
An exciting job as part of a dynamic team in a fast-changing environment with excellent opportunities for getting strategic insight into the core business department.
Company: Our client is a world leader in monitoring technology. Now they are looking for FP&A Manager to support their business expansion in China market.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing daily/ monthly /quarterly /annually company financial statement analysis, operation review and tracking key performance indicators of each BU.
Perform cost analysis, expense variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and business forecast to improve cost control
Perform variance analysis on revenue, cost and margin to support product strategy and business processes
Drive the annual financial planning process and overhead planning, and development of KPI
Initiate inventory and other KPI analysis and prepare business feasibility studies
Investment appraisal
Drive working capital metrics, analysis.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance , CPA or other related professional certificate is preferred
At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience under MNC manufacturing environment and product costing
Strong understanding of the Financial Analysis & forecasting processes is necessary, Knowledge of PRC/USGAAP is essential
Good analytical skills with strong skills in MS-Excel. Familiar with ERP system. Oracle experience is plus.
Self-motivated individual who is able to work well independently as well as under pressure with accuracy and commitment
Good team player by maintaining open communication to colleagues from various departments
Good in English both writing and speaking
