Develop and implement effective manufacturing operations and enhance customer satisfaction;

· Administer all activities of production operations to meet cost, quality and on time delivery objectives in manufacturing;

· In charge of planning, purchasing, manufacturing and logistics functions, actively utilize various supply chain management tools to make sure that inventory is under control whilst delivery is assured;

· Review plant efficiency and utilization to ensure optimum use of resources;

• The current Anson operations require review and restructuring

· Be responsible for the facility engineering aspects, which include equipment management, and facility maintenance, etc.;

· Responsible for training of new employees in operation department ;

· Maintain and improve employee relationships with all personnel to ensure a progressive workforce; striving for continuous improvement;

· Ensure a safe and clean working environment;

· Other responsibilities to be further developed with the further development of the ANSON Ltd. business.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:-

· Bachelor or above degree in Manufacturing Management, Mechanical Engineering and/or Polymer Technology;

· Above 10 years working experience as an Operations Manager or comparable position with mechanical products including the final assembly of finished goods;

· Above 10 years’ experience in an Export business

· Good knowledge and experience in production management, planning, supply chain development

· Good knowledge and functional experience of ERP systems;

· Trained in LEAN, SIX SIGMA, 5S methodologies

· Positive attitude and good communication skills;

Desired but not essential:-

· Knowledge of automation

· Good in English speaking, writing and listening.
