Responsibility:
1.Purpose of the Job:Innovation is one of the key drivers of Top line. The team is designed to lead ABI innovation to catch new opportunities of business and enhance current business and brand position.
2.Business Environment:
Lead cross functional team to achieve target. Deliver result through others.
Key dimensions:
Innovation Value contribution
Key project pilot time and volume
Pipeline project progress-Stage Gate status
3.Accountabilities:
-Lead 2 key innovation development platforms
-Deliver brand innovation pipeline ideas under these 2 platforms
-Execute key innovation projects according to milestones
-Deliver Innovation Value of 2 platforms cascaded from global
-Innovation process management
Requirments:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related field
Experience:
Demonstration of academic achievement
Good communication skills and influence ability
Technical competencies (Job related):
Creative thinking
Strong analysis skills
Strong ownership and high responsible
Team working spirit
Good presentation skills
