Position Purpose / Context:
◆To set strategy and programs for channel development based on customer and consumer insight and knowledge so as to achieve profitable and sustainable volume and revenue growth in all channels. This includes guiding the development of Customer & Channel Segmentation and POS that maximize DC & ME resources
◆To lead the development of Business Models to target emerging opportunities
◆To improve the Channel Development capabilities of all Operating Units
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
◆Guide and manage the development of Customer and Channel Segmentation models that enable the business to direct resources to high value segments.
◆Work closely with RGM/CDE/RED teams to drive optimal & executable POS that drives off-take in priority channels. The POS development should be fact based with consumer and customer insi
◆Support ME team with relevant process and tools.
◆Utilize RED data base to review POS and Segmentation effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
◆Enhance the Channel Development capabilities of operating units through developing process and tools, training materials and best practice sharing.
◆Plan and manage effective allocation and use of Channel DME.
◆Identify business opportunities with rigorous assessment of commercial indicators.
◆Lead business model development & pilot testing – using cross-functional resources – to target emerging opportunities.
◆Manage effective communication with key stakeholders, including KO, other Group competencies and OU colleagues.

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications:
◆At least 10 years of FMCG Marketing & Sales experience at managerial level, with people management experience
◆Channel development experience OR experience in managing multi-channels
◆Fluent in both Chinese & English
◆University degree
◆Willing to travel and work under pressure
