FMCG Team - Associate Consultant / Consultant / Senior Consultant

Reporting to: Team Leader/Manager
Job purpose:
Ø To achieve personal sales targets through:
Ø Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base
Ø Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services
Ø Compliance with company policies and reporting processes
Main accountabilities:
Ø Market understanding and expertise within line of service
Ø Acquisition and client management
Ø Recruitment and candidate management
Ø Organizing work, administration and reporting
Ø Key Performance Indicators：
Ø Achieving sales activity targets
Ø New candidates interviewed through consultants
Ø Number of jobs in
Ø Number of CV’s sent to clients
Ø Number of interviews at a client
Ø Number of placements made / fees generated
Knowledge & background:
Ø University degree or higher educationØ Experience in recruitment and /or specific sector experience
Ø Appreciate FMCG hunting backgroundØ Good humor sense
Ø Good English both written and spoken
