Job Title: National Key Account Manager-Immediate Consumption
Reports to: National Key Account Director
Business Area: Mainland China
Key Internal Contacts: KO Region Management and team/Bottler GM’s and SMD and team/Commercial Leadership/Division Marketing
Key External Contacts: Buying/Purchasing Dept/Customer– cross functional contact at all levels.
Job Objectives:
◆Build the capacity and capabilities of customer service organizations in the system to deliver a superior level of service to key accounts
◆Maximize customer and Coca-Cola system sales and profit potentials.
Key Result Areas:
◆Knows and understands the customer’s business – aligning opportunities to Coca-Cola system
◆Assess customer services opportunities in the system and propose and assist in building an effective organizational structure in the regions and bottlers to maximize customer business potentials
◆Build customer services capabilities in the regions and bottlers
◆Enhance customer business development concept, knowledge and tools in the system
◆Identify and coordinate relevant training needs in the system
◆Actively involved in the negotiation of trading terms with global and international accounts to ensure consistency in customer marketing approach across regions
◆Actively participate in the execution of national key account contracts to ensure quality and consistent results across regions while driving win/win results
◆Communicate best practices across regions to facilitate customer management
◆Facilitate a quarterly key customer form to share learning with regions and bottlers
◆Initiate and assist in key account business planning and reviews
◆Make regular calls and build relationships with key accounts
◆Consolidate, review and submit key account sales and profile requirements on the monthly basis
◆Knows and effectively leverages the KO system to improve the joint business performance with customers
◆Participate in the development of division annual business plans
◆Run special customer services related training programs as needed
◆Act as intermediary to resolve key account issues and conflicts across regions

Knowledge & Experience:
◆5 years of multiple key account management experiences in multinational FMCG companies
◆Bachelor degree or above,
◆Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills
