About our client:
Our client is a world leading company in FMCG with a wide range of product line and strategic planning of development in China. The company encourages you to use your imagination and creative ideas. Currently, this company is delivering a number of large and exiting projects. Right now, Randstad is helping them recruit talented PR manager.
Purpose of the Job:
1.Assist digital director to coordinate with brand teams for all digital related jobs
2.External to brief digital agency/vendor for brand digital requests
3.Assist digital director in planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
1.Assisting implementing the digital media communication strategy of key brands
2.Cooperate with agencies to develop the digital content
3.Exploring & establishing relationship with new emerging media .Set up evaluation process for new media and make recommendation
4.Challenges and validates together with the Marketing teams, the recommendations made by the agency in response to the briefs
5.Assist digital director in liaising with digital agencies on annual media plan & execution
6.Takes part in the negotiations with the digital media (directly or through the media agency).
7.Supervises throughout the year the planning and buying work done by the agency, before, during and after the campaigns.
Follow up all the digital KPI.
8.Complete all internal purchasing process and budgeting management

brand team and digital agency , vendors, BU Marketing counter parts
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree above major of computer / Advertising related
2.6-8 marketing or digital/advertising/media agency experience preferred.
3.Proficiency in digital media communication & web site administration
4.Good English communication skill ,both written & spoken
5.Self motivated and ability to juggle multiple projects to completion and possess good organization skills. Attention to detail a must.
