Supply chain manager (Medical device)
Location: Shanghai, China
Introduction:
- Leading company offers a comprehensive array of diagnostic products, Its products are sold globally through direct sales forces and through distribution agreements. The headquarter is located in Shanghai, they are seeking talented specialists to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Standardize and optimize existing process and workflow through a series of projects in order to support the business growth, Lead process optimization projects or transversal process studies aiming to improve internal processes, organizations and management systems
-Improve productivity and efficiency through automation & standardization
-Supply Chain system project
-Key development & strategic project
-Contribute to bring the implemented solution / improvement under control
-Able to work with senior business managers to identify new project subject and to confirm business objectives.
Requirement:
-Bachelor degree with 5+ years of working experience in multi-national companies
-Strong project management skill with project manager experience for medium to large size business projects
-Strong analytical and organization skill; good understanding of business projects and organizations; Capable of delivering solutions for real business problems.
-Process oriented; ability to understand the big picture as well as carry out detail implementations
-Result oriented; able to lead a project to the end and deliver measurable results.
-Strong inter-personal skills and communication skill;
-Has potential to take a management position
