职位描述
Currently there is an opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join an organisation that is undergoing significant growth in the Asia Pacific region. In China, this company offers competitive direct Chinese sourcing for retail fixtures and as an end to end service provider they have a huge international client base across multiple industries.
The responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- day to day management and development of Procurement, Project and Quality Management Teams
- develop and implement effective procurement and quality management processes and procedures to enhance overall product standards and service delivery
- lead planning, purchasing and manufacturing decisions as well as utilise various supply chain management tools
- work closely with China divisional managers to ensure successful performance outcomes across the APAC region
- act as a key point of communication with Head Quarters in Australia
- liaise with contract manufacturers across China to ensure excellent quality, price and delivery outcomes are consistently achieved
To be considered for this newly created role as the Operations Manager you must have:
- excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- minimum of 8 years management experience in Asia
- excellent negotiation skills
- excellent leadership and team building skills
