5-star international hotel is now hiring: Digital Marketing Manager

Company:
Very new luxury hospitality brand, located in the new business centre of Shanghai. You will be working with a passionate team with a number of years experience. This brand is already well known in China but they are aggressively growing and are keen to expand their brand – which is why they are hiring!!
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing all aspects of Digital Marketing programs in China to support brand initiatives and business needs:
- Campaign planning, implementation and execution
- Media planning & negotiations
- Budget control
- Creative allocations
- Copy development and translation
- Post campaign analysis
Assist in managing and coordinating all aspects of Social Media programs including extensive communication and coordination with agencies, Central and Regional Marketing teams:
- Calendar development and implementation
- Copy development and implementation
- Campaign monitoring
- Ongoing campaign analysis
Be aware of and report digital media trends and innovations, including competitive news.
Manage all Digital related invoicing, payment and cost tracking
Job Requirements
? University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
? Minimum 3 years relevant experience in 5-star hotel
? Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English a must
? Exceptional organizational and communication skills and a team player
? Excellent project management skills, highly organized and detail oriented
? Ability to perform under pressure and prioritize multiple projects
? Proactive & enthusiastic
? Flexible to travel and work overtime when necessary
? Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Experience with luxury/upscale international brand marketing as a plus
