职位描述

The Senior Manager, Recruitment leads the high-volume, recruitment including assessing, hiring, and onboard high-qualities, roles on an annual basis. The Senior Manager who succeeds in this role will be a highly organized, analytically-gifted thought leader with exceptional team leadership capability; the role requires a solid understanding of recruitment operations, processes, business dynamics and goals. The role requires the ability to develop and link recruitment metrics to the strategy, plans and performance. This role will help lead the recruitment team supporting company to success through effective planning, process improvement, delivery of quality hires against business requirements, and ongoing excellent client and guest communication and satisfaction. The Senior Manager will have the ability to apply knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements and company policy in day-to-day decisions that not only ensure a positive candidate experience but also uphold the company service standards. This role includes the following Responsibilities:

1.Develop talent acquisition priorities, and objectives as a strategic partner with line of business stakeholders and Executives
2.Provide continuous improvement through understanding of measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytics
3.Develop and execute plans for effective and successful talent sourcing
4.Facilitate effective passive and active talent pipelining through sourcing strategies, workforce diversity initiatives, interactive marketing plans, and networking opportunities.
5.Identify and demonstrate an understanding of the company competitive advantage and employment value proposition that results in effective hiring
6.Effectively utilize recruitment tools, technology, process efficiencies, and applicant pool management systems
7.Manage candidate relationships and talent pipelines for future hard to fill talent acquisition needs
8.Lead the Casting Recruiter Team, providing leadership, direction, coaching and development as appropriate
9.Build effective relationships with clients and partners, requiring strong proactive communication, the ability to manage disagreements appropriately, and a strong service orientation.
10.Oversee and provide daily leadership to all activities with the extended Recruitment organization
11.Manage the daily operations including planning of resources, managing the department budget, deploying staff, maintaining operational efficiency and delivering guest service.
12.Manage the overall administrative work for the department, including developing plans, developing and executing processes to accomplish the work effectively and efficiently, and managing the direct department administration related to leading a team.
13.Develop and maintain current understanding of LOB business drivers and dynamics that affect requirements for hiring

Basic Qualifications:
1.5+ years Senior Management experience (serving as a leader of leaders) 2.5+ years experience in a high volume recruiting and sourcing environment, with emphasis on either high volume or hard to fill disciplines (IT, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, HR, business operations, etc).
3.Extensive experience developing and executing fully comprehensive recruitment plans
4.Proven networking capabilities with professional organizations, business groups, alumni associations, etc.
5.Direct Sourcing experience
6.Bachelors degree
7.Efficient Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) and technical aptitude for other systems (e.g., SAP, Recruitment Systems, technology)
8.Strong Guest service skills and the proven ability to respond proactively to client needs
9.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication
10.Demonstrated ability to lead and influence leaders and team members, and to drive and inspire results; proven experience leading and developing a team
11.Demonstrated strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently
12.Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment -- ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects
13.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
