职位描述
Key Responsibilities
? Execute agreed marketing campaigns and ensure these are in line with Porsche standards
? Define cooperation partners to work with (e.g. events, product placement)
? Prepare and present market and target groups studies and surveys
? Raise, compile and analyse customer and market data
? Using appropriate tools and internal resources to highlight significant trends in market
developments
? Report directly to the Marketing Manager/General Manager
? Assist Marketing Manager/General Manager in new strategies and the execution of these
? Forecast budgets together with the Marketing/General Manager
? Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guidelines by Porsche /
Porsche China
? Regular monitoring, analysing and enhancing of all established work related processes according
to Porsche / Porsche China regulations
? Attend all relevant trainings provided by Porsche China
? Identify attractive market segments for general and specific marketing programs and work on
them using the marketing mix.

? Working experience at least 4 years in automobile industry or related luxury industries
? Minimum college degree; university degree in relevant field of study preferred
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese, basic level of English is required
? Understanding and imposing Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
? Be a representative ("ambassador") of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other
aspects
? Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services
? Honest and reliable personality
? Well-groomed appearance
? Self-motivated
? Proven decision making ability
? Assertiveness & excellent organizational skills
? Open minded attitude towards customers, prospects and trends
? Excellent customer service mentality with ability to quickly build strong relationships
? Ability to work independently as well as in teams
