职位描述
1. Lead the technical department I team to implement the strategy within the technical team based on customer segmentation and technical strategy:
I) According to the strategy , to set up the targets for technical department I team;
II) Allocate these responsibilities in the technical department I team
III) Lead , delegate , monitor team members to achieve the target
2. Team Construction:
I) To re-enforce the operation and management system in technical department I team
II) To set up and conduct the people training and development plan
3. Develop strategic customers and applications with existing product portfolio
4. Identify the market technical needs and cooperate with the R&D and marketing teams to develop the new products for the local market
5. Identify business opportunities with existing customers and distributions but also identify gaps in product portfolio (competition) and cooperate with Marketing and Sales teams
6. Develop the application expertise among team members
7. Develop existing and new applications, coatings, inks, adhesive and others
8. Provide technical support to direct sales customers and distributors
