PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:

Support to maintain and enhance current DC operation standard work to drive operation excellence


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Enhance operation standardize work(processes and procedures)and daily follow up to make excellence operation
2) Reconstruct logistics flow to reduce operation cost , including SAP system and physical operation flow
3) Lead DC team to perform cycle count and annual count to make continuous improvement on inventory accuracy, including net inventory accuracy ,absolute inventory accuracy ,perfect location accuracy
4) Ensure operations customer service goals are met including fill rates and on time shipping
5) Optimization DC exiting storage location to increase DC space utilization capability
6) Leading kaizen projects to improve labor productivity and reduce cost
7) Develop and implement EHS strategy in DC site to make sure operation stuff and property 100% safe no matter whenever.


QUALIFICATIONS:
8) Bachelor degree (getting before start working)
9) Good oral and writing English
10) Minimum 7 years experience, 3years in management position, working background such as but not limited to distribution center management , warehouse management , production management ,lean management, EHS management.
11) Integrity is must
12) Strong interpersonal, motivation, and mentoring skills
13) Strong analytical and problem solving capability
14) SAP system experience is preferred
15) Team work and customer orientation
16) Quick response for emergency business change
