负责LAB, facility，maintenance，engineering project
Qualification:
- Bachelor in Engineering, Chemical, mechanical or equivalent.
- An MBA or a intensive training in general management would be advantage
- 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
- Experience in the chemical/Aerospace industry in a multinational manufacturing facility
- An obvious history of roles that clearly demonstrate successful Team Leadership, Problem Solving, product management and business results
- Leadership of continuous improvement team initiative with significant results
- Management of facility and preventative maintenance program
- Capital project management

Major responsibility:
- Responsible for providing technical leadership and support to ensure that currently defined processes meet or exceed work cell’s target in terms of SHE, quality, productivity, efficiency and cost.
- Lead incremental improvements initiatives to optimize existing processes through Productivity Area Improvement Team.
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional Engineering team to achieve company goals and support business growth
- Provide customers with technical support on testing issues and continuous improvements of quality systems.
- Establish and maintain control of process metrics and data such as cycle time, productivity, uptime, yields, etc. to ensure existing processes are in control
- Provide direct engineering support to production to ensure that product is running within SOP/PCD and to the desired quality standards.
- Plays a lead role to ensure that process safety obligations are met include maintaining of safety file, lead/participate in PHAs and MHAs, PCAT, MOCs, PSSR’s etc.
- Provide technical support and collaborates with Quality Engineers, Process Engineers and work cell team to respond to all customer issues, quality escapes and other systemic quality issues.
- Manage all control documents such as SOP’s, MSOP’s, WI’s, recipes, visual Inspection, etc.
- Maintain and manage router effectiveness metric, BOMs, routers, scrap, yield, and other aspects of product configuration
- Liaise with project / GEO engineers to implement new capital project in production area.
- Establishing and improving the organization structure, working systems of engineering department. Coaches and supports employees in lean and six sigma principles and methodology.
- Facilitates and leads Productivity Area Improvement Team in continuous improvement activities through the use of lean and various engagement tools (including kaizen, workout, 6S, etc.)
- Lead execution of incremental process improvements (e.g. waste and First-time-Right) by actively engaging horizontally, vertically with all levels
- Better coordinate the working relationship between the engineering department and other departments to driving lean manufacturing concept to consist with World Class Manufacturing system.
- Take corrective action to address process deviations and identify root cause to prevent recurrence
- Solid background of facility experience, familiar with preventative maintenance program
- Oversee the Maintenance Section of the plant to ensure that all machinery is maintained periodically as planned with the ultimate aim towards zero breakdowns.
- Manage capital project and experience of generating specifications for new equipment

Business/function skills:
- Be familiar with such engineering tools like SPC, DOE, PFMEA, SOP.
- Be familiar with quality system requirements & standards, Quality Assurance Control Plan, QC 7 tools, ISO9001 and ISO14000.
- Rich experience in product transfer, new product line setup and high volume production.
- High level of data analysis and problem solving skills.
- Excellent project management experience, strong leadership and organization skills.
- Understanding of maintenance, engineering and capital project processes.
