Duty
Administration:
Provide general and routine to complex administrative support with keen ability to foresee the needs of the executive and organization to optimize time.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, travel, and organizational functions.
Accounting (Handling purchase orders, invoices, receipts and other important documents) and handling expense report on the salesperson's behalf
Provide administrative support and cross-coverage to manager, executive assistant, sales and financial department, as necessary
Other duties as assigned and/or required
Sales:
Preparing correspondence, such as letters or e-mails
Dealing directly with the customers and replying their inquiries
Handling documents and contract
Logistic:
Processing bills of lading, ensuring accuracy across all paperwork
Vendor relations, shipping, daily interaction with production
Requirements
Minimum two years solid experience in sales and logistic field
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication, organization, and guest relations skills
Excellent English (oral and written)
