- At least one years experience into trading company or accounting firm.
- In charge of checked LC and confirmed to client, open or transfer LC to supplier.
- Following the whole process of shipping. Making a set shipping documents according to LC. Make sure the quality of docs and so on.
- Handle the other things that superior arrange.
- Experience in shipment document (Commercial invoice,weight list, packing list, BL, form A) preparation and delivery.
- Understanding of product code, P.O.processing
- Understanding of different payment (TT, L/C transferable L/C,.)
- Ability in handling basic information as supplier, article or product, delivery terms, price, currency.
- Some knowledge of bookkeeping system.
- ERP system preferable.
- Good English knowledge
