Senior Finance Analyst
Shanghai, China
Synopsis:
Along with EF fast growth in China market, we are looking for a talent to join us as the Senior Finance Reporting Specialist in EF finance shared-service center
The Role:
The senior finance analyst is responsible for EF China reporting and analysis….provide different and necessary managing reports to local and global management and focus on differences and variances. Great support to EF business planning and development!
Main Job Tasks:
1. Drive and monitor accounting closing
Drive EF China monthly/quarterly and Yea- end closing. Design pre-close plan and follow up the implementation before close. Draft a standardize closing schedule within EF China based on the global closing schedule and report the indicator tracking.
2. Financial Reporting
A. Complete monthly EF finance reports package in managing system on time.
B. Consolidate reporting information from different regions and output the consolidated reports.
C. Complete Chinese finance reports package under PRC GAAP and make sure it is in compliance with statutory requirements.
D. Report the quality of each closing on time and monitor key performance indicators to help continually improve the quality of shared service center closing.
E. Focus on the big variances analysis, interpretation of financial results and make sure all analysis is make sense and good solutions to be provided to management as well.
F. Design and create any reports based on different requirement from management.
3. Finance Training
Training finance persons on accounting and acting as a bridge of corporate and sites.
4. Internal control and quality
Drive and roll out different EF policies implementation in EF and detect any incompliance and identify areas of quality risk at the company and develop internal audit plan.
5. Communication
Make a high efficient and quality communication with different products, departments as well as global function team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above and majored in finance.
2. More than 6 years' finance working experience and at least 3 years’ experience in financial analysis field. Multi-national companies is plus.
3. Well-rounded analyst with the utmost integrity, business partnering and influencing skills
4. High responsibility and self-motivation! Be a good team player and can work independently and under pressure.
5. Mature and diligent. Must be willing to be actively engaged at all levels of the function with a "hands on" approach.
6. Fluency in both written & spoken English
7. Good communication skills is must
