职位描述
The role:
To align with EF China franchise schools’ development in China, we are now recruiting an CRM(customer relationship management) support and training supervisor, who will assist regional directors to support schools’ CRM system usage and ensure data integrity. This role will also provide data analysis, process training and audit support to the regions.
You Will;
Assist regional director to conduct performance analysis, define and follow up with annual working plan implementation.
Provide project based support for marketing and academic projects
Provide onsite support for school opening, training and audit
According to monthly performance report, coordinate between functions, communicate and follow up with school staff
Provide training and verification on CRM system usage
Provide professional support on school staff’s daily inquiry on CRM system
You have/are:
Proficient at Excel (including statistic, pivot table) and PowerPoint
Solid English and Chinese documentation skills, fluent at oral English
Experience and skills in training development and delivery
Good skills in communication and data analysis
Bachelor degree with 3+ years of working experience
Patience and attention to details, multi-tasking and pressure-handling skills
Experience on customer service, product support, quality assurance, CRM training preferred
Development direction
l Quality Assurance Manager(training and QA), regional operation manage (operation) or project manager(Project management)

为了配合EF在中国连锁运营体系的高速发展,现需招聘1名CRM(客户数据管理系统)支持与培训主管, 协助区域总监支持保障各学校的客户关系管理系统正常使用与数据准确性, 提供数据分析与流程培训审计等运营支持服务.
职责
协助区域总监进行基于数据的分析管理, 制定并跟进学校年度工作计划
参与市场与教学项目,提供项目支持支持
参与学校开业,审计等项目, 提供现场支持
根据月度运营报表,协调部门跟进并与学校保持沟通追踪
负责对学校关键员工进行关于CRM系统使用的培训与考核
对学校关于客户关系管理系统的使用问题与日常的维护提供专业的咨询反馈
技能要求
熟练使用Excel软件(包括统计,数据透视表等功能)与PPT软件
扎实的中英文文档编写能力, 英语口语流利
具备一定的培训经验与技巧
具备良好的沟通技巧与数据分析能力
大学本科学历并具有3年以上的工作经验
耐心细心, 具备多任务协调与一定的抗压能力
具备客户服务, 产品支持, 质量保障, 客户关系管理系统培训相关经验的优先考虑
发展方向
