EF English First - Kids & Teens Franchise Operations

Report to:

Marketing Director, EF English First - Kids & Teens Franchise Operations, China

You will:
· Drive our online marketing initiatives including PPC development across China
· Designing campaigns, hooks and deals to enhance lead generation deals
· Building strong relationships with online media agencies, affiliate partners, portals and websites to help them be successful at delivering quality leads
· Design and manage campaign projects with external suppliers
· Manage channel results, constantly analyze in detail all channels to identify improvements in channel effectiveness, increase convert rates along the funnel and reduce CPL and CoS while managing the quality
· Ensure positive online word of mouth of EF

You have/are:

· Analytical, data driven and intelligent with attention to detail

· Proven track record in Pay per click (PPC) online marketing, a plus if you have worked on the buy-side

· Thorough understanding of CPM / CPC / CPA deal formation, and the differences in these deals

· Has contacts throughout the industry and will have worked with large portals in China

· Strong negotiation skills and extremely entrepreneurial. Able to get the best deal available

· Understand the concepts of good account management, account mining and working closely with suppliers

· Be able to write good copy. Highlighting unique selling points, campaign types and slogans. Write clear, concise & informative text copy for our website and campaigns

· Able to be proactive with providing information to your manager, without being asked

· Good at multi-tasking, being able to handle more than one task at a time and work under pressure

· Have excellent English skills, communication skills and be able to work as a member of a multinational / global team

· Hard working, competitive and result-oriented

Education background:

At least 5 years’ experience in online marketing including knowledge of PPC, campaigns and lead generation methods
