职 责：
Manage and direct sales teams to grow sales within region in accordance with annual targets.
Develop new business and sales channels to increase market share across all key segments.
Review and manage account plans within CRM system.
Monitor monthly, quarterly and annual customer sales targets.
Implement marketing & promotional programs.
Prepare & provide reports as requested by V.P Sales.
On-going review & reporting of relevant competitor products & market changes.
Coordination and cooperation with regional sales team to achieve regional goals.
Coordination and cooperation with operations and service teams to ensure a high level of customer service.

Management of China sales team and responsible for the development and growth of all customers in specified regions including but not limited to boat builders, dealers and wholesalers. Promote products within all relevant segments including leisure, government and professional. Responsible for business development activities and implementation of strategic goals. Analysis and reporting of local market conditions including competitor activities and marketing opportunities. Extensive travel throughout the region will be part of the role.
