Area of Responsibilities:
1. Powertrain Master Timing Schedules
2. Integration of PT schedules into Vehicle schedules by others
3. Deliverables Management system understanding
Competencies:
MS Project, advanced level
Project Management work breakdown, basic to advance level
Professional experience:
Bachelor degree
Minimum of 2 years of previous powertrain focused knowledge of new engines, calibration, Transmission timing understanding a plus
Automotive background required
Prefer Chinese native
Project experience:
Project management experienced and demonstrated understanding of work breakdown, timing linkages between work tasks and integration of individual vehicle time plans by others.
Master Timing Plan level experience
Additional attributes:
Must be results orientated
Ability to analyze and question timing inputs by others
Ability to learn from listening and clarification
Organized and quality orientated
Shows dynamic initiatives
Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English, all meetings are conducted in English
Additional skills:
MS Office suite of software
PMP certified would be a plus
