Job Description:
Reporting to the Marketing Controller – eCommerce, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Company’s existing eCommerce sites; designing, developing and implementing new eCommerce sites. You will be working closely with external parties and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all eCommerce projects in order to achieve sales goals and digital KPIs.
You will be expected to be self-initiated to provide sound recommendations and highly motivated to resolve any difficulties arisen.
Job Responsibilities:

Plan, formulate and implement eCommerce sales, marketing and promotional strategies, including company’s presence on all appropriate social media and any applicable new media.
Work with the web development team to build new multi-functional eCommerce websites and to enhance existing sites, including requirements specification, system analysis & design, development, testing and implementation.
Update, maintain and design a customer-centric web presence to improve e-shopping experience, including promotion / campaign management and content management.
Develop product assortment on all company’s online presence, e.g. Tmall, mobile sites, Apps, and company’s official site.
Increase site traffic and conversion rate across all revenue streams, by working closely with paid or free media.
Manage online marketing and website budget.
Increase website turnover, particularly in targeted geographical areas with low physical stores presence.
Monitor and administer all day-to-day eCommerce operations, including inventory management, payment, returns, refunds, logistics, customer services, e.g. enquiries and complaints.
Improve eCommerce related service levels
Explore and develop new online revenue streams.
Assess industry and competitive trends and their implications on the business continuously through effective management of market intelligence and research
