1.负责产品质量的开发与维护工作，具体包括制定控制计划，PPAP计划，节拍计划，说明书等；
Development and maintenance of Quality deliverables (Control Plans, PPAP Plans, Run at Rate Plans, Instructions etc.);
2.与跨部门团队合作，完成APQP输入交付工作（DFMEA，PFMEA，GD&T等）；
Work with cross functional team on development of APQP Input deliverables (DFMEA, PFMEA, GD&T, etc.).
3.根据要求，协调项目检具和工装的设计，制造和采购
Coordinate Design, manufacturing and purchasing for program Gage and Check Fixture requirements.
4.根据客户要求，协调投产准备事项并完成文件记录
Coordinate Launch Readiness Events and complete documentation according to Customer requirements.
5.与供应商和工装的厂家合作，协助外购件的皮纹制作，材料工程，验证，外观等PPAP活动。
Facilitate PPAP activities for Graining, Materials Engineering, Validation, and Appearance of Supplied Products in cooperation with Supplier and Tooling Engineering.
6.进行供应商来料的文件质量管控
Prepare and communicate Quality documentation requirements for incoming receipt of supplied product.
7.与供应商和客户沟通并解决相关质量问题。
Communicate with Customer or Supplier to clearly understand issue (review issue, obtain part, obtain picture of issue etc). Schedule problem solving meetings with key personnel. Document and publish meeting notes on appropriate corrective action forms (PPSR or Customer Specific. Follow up on action items within corrective action to assure timely completion. Validate containment and corrective is effective by testing the system.
8.对绩效较差供应商的开发活动提供支持。
Support Supplier Development activities with poor performing Suppliers, including controlled shipping activities.
9.领导交办的其他事务。

任职资格的具体描述：
1.至少5年以上汽车行业制造/工程/或质量背景，部门管理经验优先。
Minimum 5 years in automotive manufacturing/engineering or quality environment with prior department management responsibility.
2.3年以上供应商&客户相关质量工程经验
Minimum of 3 years experience in a supplier & customer related quality /engineering role.
3.机械，工业或质量工程专业
Machinery, industrial or Quality Engineering
4.1.精通ISO9001:2008 TS 16949/VDA的质量体系知识；
High/Expert AIAG or related quality system knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 TS 16949 / VDA AIAG;
5. 精通AIAG 核心工具（PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA)；
Expert knowledge of the AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA);
6. 能熟练应用Excel，Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and MINITAB；
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and MINITAB;
7.优秀的沟通（口头和书面）能力，可用英语作为工作语言。
Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communications.
English 50% writing and conversation.
