Based on the product strategy and organization structure of NBHX R&D, combined with the practical situation of company manages PMS process.
2.处理项目开发过程中的争议，确立执行流程，导入PMS管理流程。
Straighten out the program in the process of developing the controversial part; establish executive process, into PMS management process.
3.持续改进PMS, 完善PMS 项目管理系统。
Continuous improvement PMS, consummate PMS program management system.
4.完成PMS 审查报告；制定PMS行动计划并实施；
PMS review reporting and action plan administration.
5.开展PMS 培训

任职资格的具体描述：
1.5年以上汽车行业制造/工程/或质量背景
Minimum 5 years in automotive manufacturing/engineering or quality environment with prior project team management responsibility.
2.机械，工业或质量工程专业
Industrial or Quality Engineering
3.以客户为导向，熟悉汽车产品生产及质量策划各过程阶段
Concept to Customer (C2C), familiar with Automotive Product and Quality Process (APQP) stage gate
4.精通AIAG 核心工具（PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA)；
Expert knowledge of the AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA);
5.精通ISO9001:2008 TS 16949/VDA的质量体系知识；
High/Expert AIAG or related quality system knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 TS 16949 / VDA AIAG;
6.能熟练应用Excel，Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and MINTAB；
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and MINTAB;
7.良好的解决问题、沟通、表达、计划和组织能力
