Key Objectives


Work cosey with China Operations team and impement Back bets projects and Insta a continuous improvement program across the region to achieve operationa exceence

Train and coach management and staff in eading and impementing change management utiizing toos such as TRACC, ean and six sigma

Promote continuous management cuture in the region through hard savings

Manage project seection and generation processes to maximize our resources

Conduct shop-foor activity anayses, interviews, data gathering and anaysis and compie into improvement opportunities and impact

Support the eadership in improvement project idea generation, project chartering, action panning and impementation

Coach and ead the site Yeow and Green Bet improvement projects, ensure the tracking of benefits of oca projects and that projects are driven to competion and/or cosure and deivered with soid improvement performance

Typica Tasks


Oversee, support execution of transformation in China region and site eve.

Support sef-assessment and action panning of site; organize and faciitate externa assessments.

Physicay conduct anayses (e.g. DIO observations, waste waks)

Conduct training for site management, midde management and staff

Set up, coach and train improvement teams; support these teams in improvement impementation

Support site eadership in improvement project idea generation workshops and hep charter new site projects (Back, Brown and Green Bet)

Requirements for Job


· Certified Back bet with at east 2 successfu projects deivered with soid improvement performance or savings


· Working experiences in batch-production in chemica industry is prefer


· Good skis in training, coaching, infuencing and presentation.


· Possess a mind-set and behaviours’ of customer-focused , passion for exceence and deiver on commitment and wining together


· Bacheor degree in chemica, Master degree in simiar major and MBA wi be a pus.
