Position Title: Personal Assistant to the Vice President
Reports To: Vice President
Location: Moganshan, Hu Zhou, Zhejiang
Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified Personal Assistant who can effectively, efficiently and professionally assist the Vice President in both administration and project work. No gender requirement, both women and men are encouraged to apply.
Core Responsibilities:
Daily administration support:
- Assist the VP in tracking assigned tasks, projects and deadlines
- Arrange appointments and meetings with, and for, the VP
- Effectively communicate any regular, sensitive or confidential information to relevant parties
- Prepare relevant reports and documents as and when required
- Carry out any administrative tasks as required by the Executive Office such as printing, scanning, mailing, etc.
Manage the VP’s diary to meet business requirements and time constraints whilst building and maintaining relationships with other executives and business partners
Be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating conferences and representing the VP when she/he is absent
Support the VP in both a personal and professional capacity and assist with a wide range of projects
Receive and deal with telephone calls and emails professionally, re-direct or take messages and use initiative to deal with queries on behalf of the VP
Act as a translator when required
Core Competencies:
Active working attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
Experience in a remote or rural setting would be an advantage
Trustworthy and honest
Exceptional attention to detail and very strong on following up tasks
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Bilingual in Chinese and English
Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as outlook, word, excel and power point
Education/Certifications:
College degree or above
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
