职位描述
1. Our client is the first resort in mainland China, will be a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. On Opening Day, the resort will be home to the Shanghai theme park, two themed hotels, a large retail, dining and entertainment venue and outdoor recreation areas. Our client will have something for everyone – thrilling adventures, lush gardens where guests can relax together and enriching interactive experiences, all with the world-class guest service that our client is known for around the globe.
2. Job Responsibilities：
GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:
? Management level responsibility for site Quality Assurance efforts , specifically for the Theme Park.
? Work closely with the VM-Construction Management – Theme Park
? Act as direct point of contact for all Theme Park QA/QC matters with the construction management consultant teams (CMCs), Jian Li (JLs) and General Contractors (GCs) at site level.
? Provide leadership and technical expertise and manage relationships with other functions or disciplines of the project, including the design team and operations, for QA/QC.
CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Management System for construction efforts on the theme park project through submissions phase, installation, testing and commissioning, to turnover to Operations.
? Manage the coordination of quality inspections & testing with the project team, including CMCs, JLs and GCs, working with the team of CMFOs.
? Review Quality System, Quality Plans and Inspection and Testing plans (ITPs) submitted by GCs and monitor the project teams performance against those plans
? Review method statements and related submissions, made by Contractors and monitor adherence to those plans
? Audit QA/QC performance against the approved QS, QPs, ITPs, MSs, and applicable codes and Company Standards.
? Manage the distribution of relevant QA/QC documentation to all team members and document control archiving.
? Manage Correction Notice (CN) reporting, monitor remediation, and report on status of closure of CNs
? Assist the construction management team to monitor sample, mockup submittals for approval.
? Monitor and verify contract application for payment by 3rd party Testing and Inspection agencies and Engineering Surveying companies.
? Coordinate and chair QA/QC site weekly meetings with the Contractors and Vendors.
? Coordinate with all Show and Ride representatives on all quality matters.
? Manage the review and undertaking of relevant quality trainings on site.
? Ensure the safety of the Project is adhered to at site.
? Assure all technical documents relative to Site Quality Assurance are current.
? Adhere to all personnel policies and company handbooks
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
? 15+ Years job related experience strongly desired.
? Proven experience managing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the construction process and documentation.
? Experience in performing quality audit process.
? Process good knowledge of project management.
? Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 standards.
? Good understanding of local & international codes and authority requirements.
? Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
? Good interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills.
? Good written and spoken skills in both English and Chinese languages.
? Self-motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
? Recognized degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related profession.
