E&C Shanghai Center, as a full-fledged execution center of our client in Shanghai, focuses on solution development and project execution on our client technologies such as Steam Methane Reformer (SMR), Methanol Synthesis, Rectisol purification, FBDB gasification and a Substitute Natural Gas (SNG).

2. Job Responsibilities：
（1） Focal point of contact
Deployment support & end user training
Incident resolution either themselves or together with global teams
Specification of functional changes, coordination with global teams
Approval of changes-> User Acceptance Testing
Make sure that training documents are accurate
（2） System Administration for local needs
Commercial Domain: batch input file processing, invoicing control & monitoring, workflow management
Technical Domain: technical project setup support, workflow management
（3） Business Process Support
Contribute and verify the business processes for his/her affiliate
Make sure that processes and best practices are aligned with new legal rules (per country) and other projects
（4） Audit convergence and promotion
Support process audits in his/her affiliate together with global teams
Identify business or system gaps in collaboration with local / global teams
Organize best practice meetings with affiliates
（5） Other ECHO domains coordination expertise
Ensure coordination for all cross domain processes involving its domain flows
Attend regular meetings particularly with other domains (ENG, MAF, MME, QTC, FICO, PCC, etc.)

3.Requirements

Sound knowledge of E&C Business Processes
Good knowledge of the application and strong experience about its usage
Good analytic skills in order to specify application requirements
Understand and communicate clearly the strategy
Good relationship skills and ability to dialog within the organization
Project Management Experience

4.Expected Competencies
Education: Master or equivalent (can be compensated with work experience)
Discipline: Economy / Engineering
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of domain operations
International multicultural experience
Information system / ERP
Foreign Language: English
Level required: Fluent
